THE LENA CREEK CAMPGROUND

Lena Creek Campground

Follow US Hwy 101 fourteen miles north of Hoodsport. Turn left onto FS Rd. # 25 and continue for 8 miles on paved road. Turn left into The Lena Creek Campground maintained by the US Forest Service out of the Hood Canal Ranger District.

Lena Creek Campground has 13 campsites spread around a single loop. Most of the campsites are spacious, have a sense of privacy, and are surrounded by large moss draped maples, big old stumps, and a lush understory with huge ferns. There is access to well water at the big green pump near site 11 and vault toilets are available.

Adjacent to the campground is the popular Lena Lake trailhead that is also the trailhead for Upper Lena Lake and The Brothers trails. The Lower Lena Lake trail is 3 miles, ending near the hike-in Lena Lake Campground and the junctions for the Upper Lena and Brothers trails. Putvin and Mildred Lakes trailheads are several miles west on F.S. Rd #25.
