THE MARBLE CREEK CAMPGROUND

Marble Creek Campground

Take State Route 20 exit off of Interstate 5 and travel east approximately 46.5 miles to near milepost 106. Turn right onto the Cascade River Road (Forest Service Road #15). Continue on the Cascade River Road for approximately 8 miles and turn right following the signs to the campground.

Marble Creek Campground is situated adjacent to Marble Creek and the Cascade River. This campground is an excellent choice for those who want to get away from it, remote amongst giant firs and cedars. It is not easy to get to for just an overnight trip due to the gravel road, but is definitely worth the effort. The views will be incredible as you drive along the road with the Cascade River far below on the right. The 23 sites include 3 wheelchair accessible sites. There are vault toilets and garbage bins. Bring your own water. There is a pleasant day use area for fishermen or picnickers.  The campground is open from May 22 to Sept 8,  2008.
