About half of the 19 sites put you right on the river. Public access to the beach is available. The amenities include running water, flush toilets, and wheelchair accessibility.

There are a variety of hiking trails nearby. You can stop at the Verlot Public Service Center, 11 miles east of Granite Falls, for maps and information for the surrounding area.
